Note: As part of the CMS initiative, RGBA’s Providers Customer Service telephone lines will be closed between the hours of 2:30 PM EST and 4:30 PM EST, on the 1st four Tuesdays of each month for Customer Service Staff Training. Providers may still access the IVR during this time.
