RGBA offers on a quarterly basis an “Ask-the-Contractor” (ACT) Teleconference. This teleconference provides a means for providers to ask RGBA specific questions concerning billing and Medicare policies or procedures.
The teleconferences are offered through a toll-free line. Due to the explicit nature of the subjects covered, these calls serve to identify provider issues and problems in a clear and timely manner. They also provide a method of sharing information, and function as a tool for listening to the contractor’s provider community.
RGBA has added a new category to the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) to answer any questions that may require additional research and cannot be answered at the time of the call. Also for your convenience a wav file is published to the RGBA Web site after each quarterly call.
