Instructions

Riverbend offers you the option to attend free training sessions over the internet hosted by members of our Provider Outreach and Education (POE) team. Please visit our Schedule of Events regularly to learn about what topics we’ll be covering next. You must register within Centra for a Webinar at least one week in advance. Below you will find instructions about logging in to the Centra site.

Logging In

1. Launch your browser.
2. In the browser Address or Location field, enter http://centra7.bcbst.com/main/rgba/index.jhtml and press Enter.
The Centra Welcome Page appears.

3. In the Log In section, type your user login in the Login field. (This field is case sensitive.)
4. Type your password in the Password field. (This field is case sensitive and for RGBA it is lower case.)
5. Select Remember me if you do not want to enter this information again.
6. Click Log In.
Your CentraOne Home Page (My Schedule Page) appears.
