Our ESRD claim was returned for reason code 36110. Can you clarify what this reason code means and how we correct the claim?

The FISS narrative for this reason code states that the claim does not contain a condition code 71 - 76 for a beneficiary who has selected Method I or no method with revenue codes 82X-85X, 880, or 881. You should verify the revenue code being used and add condition code 71-76 as appropriate. (7/5/2007)
