In Addition, Providers that utilize Direct Data Entry (DDE) will need to enter their NPI number on the screen to access claims that are processed, pending or returned. That includes, (but is not limited to); Status Inquiry, Claims Count Summary, and Claims Corrections.

April 8, 2008:

Riverbend GBA is aware that a system issue has affected the financial cycle payment run date of April 9, 2008, resulting in payment amounts on your remittance advice showing as a blank field, and in Direct Data Entry, no payment entry for 04092008. Steps are currently being taken to identify and report to the Fiscal Intermediary Shared System what has occurred.

Information will be made available as soon as we receive instructions from FISS. We thank you for your patience while we work to resolve this.

Medicare Cost Reports for the period ending 12/31/07 OPO/HCL, RHC, RNHCI, & ESRD Providers

RGBA would like to remind you that the Medicare Cost Reports for fiscal years ending December 31, 2007 will be due on June 2, 2008. PS&R reports will be mailed on April 21, 2008. You may file your cost report early. All cost reports will be accepted or rejected within 30 days of receipt and a tentative settlement issued within 60 days of acceptance.
