Transmittal 18

CMS has issued Transmittal 18 to the Provider Reimbursement Manual, Part 2, Chapter 36, Form CMS-2552-96.  This transmittal updates Chapter 36 to reflect further clarification to existing instructions, corrections, and incorporates select Federal Register provisions.  The effective date for instructional changes will vary due to various implementation dates.
