The Comprehensive Error Rate Testing (CERT) program began in 2002 and is a major contributor to the Riverbend program. Many providers have questions about the CERT program, such as how they are to be involved, and how the program works in relation to the Medicare program already in place. Riverbend is committed to providing information that will help providers understand the CERT program and the issues related to it.
