The Health Care Financing Administration has announced the 2001 Part A inpatient deductible and coinsurance amounts.

Part A Inpatient Hospital Deductible $ 792.00

Hospital Coinsurance 61st day to 90th day 198.00 per day

Lifetime Reserve Day 396.00 per day

Part A Skilled Nursing Facility Coinsurance 21st day to 100th day 99.00 per day

As of this writing, HCFA has not announced a change in the Part B Deductible which currently stands at $ 100.00 per year.
