SUBJECT: REMITTANCE ADVICE- PAID DATES

PRIMARY INTEREST: BUSINESS OFFICE MANAGERS

Providers that have access to Direct Data Entry (DDE) will notice that the claims appearing on the remittance advice on 4/18/01 may be listed on DDE with a paid date of 4/16/01. This is due to problem encountered during our financial run pertaining to Good Friday. Please note that 4/18/01 is the correct date.

THIS BULLETIN SHOULD BE SHARED WITH ALL HEALTH CARE PRACTITIONERS AND MANAGERIAL MEMBERS OF THE PROVIDER STAFF. NO COST COPIES ARE ALSO AVAILABLE FROM OUR WEB SITE AT riverbendgba.com
